From Punkopedia - The Punk, Hardcore, and Indie Encyclopedia
"DEAF" is a series of EPs to be released over the course of The Purple Flaming Christ's career (starting with this first one) that will be pure noise. The point of the "DEAF" EPs is just to record white noise and then amplify it to unbearable measures (previously undone in TPFC). Later "DEAF" EPs will work with other electronic and irritating noises.
