Since their inception in early 2003 Power is Poison has been stirring up circle pits with their anti-authoritarian anthems via a string of 7inch releases, regular live shows in Holland and Belgium, and an Eastern European tour consisting mostly of squats.they have released two 7 e.p's so far the first was a split with dutch punk band scatlover and soon after another split with dutch crust punk band g.b.o.their first 7 was also released as a cd and part of the free download series by canadian underground label moshpit tragedy records. POWER IS POISON follow the d.i.y ethic of punk. they record and release their own material at their own studio that the drummer has in his squat.they have their own record label called chaos alliance records which hopes to release other bands music in the future with help from other similar underground labels. gig wise power is poison play a lot in europes squat house's and always play benefits for free when asked such as gigs for anti fascist action groups and other worthwhile cause's. countrys they have played in so far. holland belgium france germany slovenia slovakia hungry czech republic denmark norway finland sweeden
